Shipping Policy

FARHEEN FABRIC ships orders across India. Please read the following policy to understand our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

After successful payment, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days

• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days

• Remote and rural areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount — please check the website for current offers and promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply. We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at farheenfabric@protonmail.com or +91 9084549538 within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In case of a lost package, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
