Refund & Return Policy

At FARHEEN FABRIC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date if:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The wrong item or wrong size was delivered

• The item is significantly different from the product description on our website

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

• In its original packaging with all tags intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way

• Items returned without original tags or packaging

• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or with a discount code (unless defective)

• Custom-made or made-to-order products

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at farheenfabric@protonmail.com or +91 9084549538 with the following:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect or issue

• A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

• Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (account details to be provided by customer)

6. Exchange Policy

We offer size or colour exchanges subject to stock availability. Please contact us at farheenfabric@protonmail.com to confirm availability before initiating an exchange. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
